Usage: 

splithhts /c <CAB File> /r <Reference Folder> /o <Output Folder> /l <Log File> /qw /qa

The /l, /qw, and /qa arguments are optional.
/qw makes the window go away even if there are Warnings.
/qa makes the window go away even if there are Errors and/or Warnings.
"splithhts /?" displays this message.
