Gidl 1.1

Usage: gidl <input file>* /xml [/o<outputdir>] [/d<newvar>=<val>]*

<input file> - *.gidl used as gidl interface, *.gh used as helper
               *.dict as dictionary
/xml         - create xml files for each class
/o<outputdir>- set the output dir. Relative or absolute
/d<newvar>=<val> - create a custom var to appear in the template file
/Iinclude_path<dir> - add to include search path
/cs          - generate C# compatible syntax
