Extracts a file list from an INF file.
Usage: infflist.exe [-e | -n] [-f] <inf-name>
-e: Extracts a list of only executable files from an INF file.
-n: Extracts a list of only non-executable files from an INF file.
-f: Outputs the list of files to a file. The Output file is located
    in the same location as the input inf. The file name is the INF
    name followed by the extension SFP.
