PURPOSE: Assigns files to disks and generates a layout file.

PARAMETERS:

[LogFile] - Path to append a log of actions and errors.
[InBom] - Path of BOM for which a layout is to be made.
[OutLayout] - Path of new layout.
[Product] - Product to lay out.
            NTFLOP = Windows NT on floppy
            LMFLOP = Lan Manager on floppy
            NTCD = Windows NT on CD
            LMCD = Lan Manager on CD
            SDK = Software Development Kit
[FloppySize] - Size in bytes of the second disk.
